It started with first contact and then…
It started with first contact and then how especially easy and comfortable the entire process went. These people are truly invested in the procedure and the client, like myself. I have to admit that never having risked anything of much value online, I was a little nervous going in, but my initial contact (Leslie) <- great btw, was as good as it gets :) Everything went smoothly and by the book. Contact was efficient and prompt and I'm paid and happy!! Highly, highly recommended.
