Updating my recent review, my order was delivered to the wrong address and they fixed it almost immediately. A simple email, I didn’t have to call 3 different numbers or argue with a chat bot. And the product itself is solid. I only had previous tried the 30 day supply but it definitely was already helping with my perimenopause symptoms. Definitely will be keeping my subscription with them.
I updated my payment method and was charged for my order, 3 days ago. I have been getting notifications since then that my payment has been declined. Which means you guys are trying to charge me again for a purchase that was already taken out of my account. In didn’t open a new account, I simply updated the payment method on my original one so there’s absolutely no reason I should be getting charged after I’ve already paid. And yes I did I check with my bank account and this money was taken out when I made the order.
