Won't take responsibility for mistakes
If you want to make sure your packet sent to USCIS is complete and contains all the necessary documents, do not use Boundless! We worked with them last year to apply for a marriage based green card and when they sent our documents to USCIS they forgot to include ANY photos of us together as a couple. The immigration agent even told us during our interview that she "wasn't sure about our application" because of the lack of photos. Meanwhile we had sent over at least 15 photos to Boundless and Boundless had even asked repeatedly for more photos, saying more is better. I wasn't going to bother to write a review about this, because I understand mistakes happen. But about a year after we got our green card Boundless called us to ask how the experience was for us. I told them about the issue with the missing pictures and they told us it was our fault because we approved the final packet. We remembered the photos being in the pdf we approved, but memories can be fallible, so even if we accept that we made the mistake of approving it, why did they send over a packet missing our photos? We asked this question, and Boundless told us it wasn't possible that they forgot to put the photos in. If they put the photos in, then why were they missing when sent to USCIS? They then told us the blame might be with the Arizona office, or the printer they used. They said they'd investigate the issue. This was a month and a half ago, and they called us back again (trying to sell us another service) and when we asked about the investigation they said they aren't able to investigate what happened. So long story short, they aren't concerned about what happened here and aren't taking any steps to make sure it doesn't happen again. Mistakes happen, so if they had just taken responsibility for this issue and taken steps to make sure it doesn't happen again to someone else, I wouldn't be writing this review. But as it is, I wouldn't trust them with one of the most important applications you ever do.
