Please do not use this product! My hair is dryer and I have bald spots now on the back of my head that I didn't have before after using the shampoo, conditioner, and spray consistently for over three months. I wish this was different because our hair is such an important part of us. The customer service was terrible and all back and forth over email. They kept delaying their responses and then said they could not honor the 120 money back guarantee. Here's their promise on their website: "Your happiness and trust matter to us. Whether you’re requesting a refund, replacement, or just have questions about your results, our team is here to help. Reach out anytime — we’ll make sure you’re supported every step of the way." I really wish I would have had that experience!
