I am being double charged for insurance. My current police expires on 17 August. I never received a renewal notification, I had to contact the agency and request a renal quote. I paid the amount quoted immediately. Once I received the documents, they were back dated to 2 August. I requested that the date be corrected and I was told the date of the renewal would be the bill due date. I NEVER RECEIVED A BILL!! Now I am paying twice for two weeks. Please correct my new policy date or provide a refund from my old policy.
