Katie was friendly and professional! I had some difficulty getting the right number to get my question answer and she knew right away the issue and perfectly explained the issue! Because she was so helpful I asked one more question about Phoenix stock (my policy was originally Phoenix) which was not her department (or company) but still gave me a number to call to follow up on that too! Katie is amazing! I wish there were more customer service reps like her! Thx
