For the past week I have been trying to redeem my money I won. Even though I was already verified they are wanting me to submit copies of a debit card that I do not have because I pay with Apple Pay which is attached to my bank debit card. I have showed them proof where the purchases has been made with my checking account and they still insist I I submit a bank statement for Apple Pay. I have told them that when you add your bank debit card to Apple Pay it hides your bank information for security purposes and yet they seem not to understand. This site is a scam. They give you the run around, they do not want to pay out what you won. They come up with the dumbest things so they don’t payout. Horrible site, horrible customer service, horrible everything.
