Very unprofessional customer service
I ordered an at-home lab test from Arogga on August 3, 2026, and I'm honestly very disappointed with the experience. The sample collector rescheduled my appointment without providing any proper reason. Then, he didn't even arrive at the rescheduled time. Instead, I received vague excuses like his motorcycle had broken down. This kind of unprofessional service makes it hard to trust the entire process. If the sample collection is handled so carelessly, how am I supposed to have confidence in the accuracy and reliability of the lab report? Very poor customer experience.
