Misleading Website – Be Careful about my…
I want to warn other travelers about my experience with Travel Smart Travel Fast. I mistakenly believed I was using the official Malaysia entry website. I was unexpectedly charged €195. I requested a cancellation and full refund while my application was still marked as “waiting”, and I have screenshots and emails proving this. I then obtained my Malaysia entry pass for free through the official website, so I no longer needed their service. Despite this, my request was processed later and I never received a proper human response. Please check carefully that you are using the official Malaysia website before paying for any service.
