I had bought an esim for europe without realising that it didn’t cover the balkan region, but the customer service was incredibly helpful and refunded me what was left on my europe pack so i was able to buy a pack that would work for the region i was in and gave a complimentary global 2g pack so i was able to connect. customer service 10/10
