Range stopped working
Just bought a new home all new Samsung products. Moved in back in March, now oven has stopped working. Called for a repair being I’m still under warrant. Samsung set up the work order, repairman calls by the sound of it you need a new motherboard, said he’d get that ordered, but he doesn’t come out my way for 3 weeks. What? Okay call Samsung back now you can’t get through unless you use their AI. Shitty customer service. Please don’t buy Samsung. This problem seemed to be a common among this product.
