Absolute scam of a platform – Ignored dispute and useless customer support (Order #31996787795)
I am beyond frustrated with the absolute lack of accountability on DHgate. I am dealing with a major fulfillment issue on Order #31996787795, and the entire dispute process is a total joke designed to trap your money. When things went wrong, I tried to resolve it through the proper channels. The person handling my dispute completely stonewalled me—constantly ignoring direct messages, failing to address the facts, and dragging their feet with zero intention of helping. Desperate for a resolution, I reached out to official customer support, only to be told straight to my face that they "couldn't do anything about it" and essentially left me high and dry with a broken order and a ghosting support agent. Instead of actual help, all you get are automated loops and useless runarounds. If you are a buyer reading this, save your money and shop elsewhere. If you are DHgate corporate reading this, fix your broken dispute system or expect my bank to pull the funds back entirely via a formal chargeback. Give me my refund.
