I had purchased replacement grates for our Dynaglo grill. The website listed the grates I purchased as a fit for our grill model. I received the grates in a timely manner, but they did not fit correctly. After contacting the company and sending pictures of the issue, I was issued a complete refund and we did not have to pay shipping to send the grates back. I therefore appreciate the excellent customer service we received.
