I received a 5 dollars gift from T-Mobile and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to redeem it from these people. They send a code for you to unlock the gift card but it doesn’t unlock and I keep getting an error. I tried the live agent, it doesn’t work either. Also the email they send AUTOMATICALLY deletes itself once you receive the email. I recorded it just in case they try to deny that too. This company might be a scam.
