I canceled immediately after I originally ordered as I dont like subscriptions. The product didnt work for me so I had no intention of ordering again. I received an email on Aug 3rd that my next six months of product was on way. I immediately went on website to cancel again. I looked at my banking app and they had already withdrawn money. I canceled a second time. It charged me another $60. There is no way to reach them except email. My bank flagged it as fraudulent. I spoke with my banks fraud department and explained. They gave me the company phone number to call. The number they had on file for the business was a disconnected NY cell phone. I received an email back stating that I hadn't canceled 48 hours before the subscription date, which keep in mind I received the email the same day they charged my card. The email also stated that the extra $60 was because I got it for a discounted price and now that I canceled they changed it to full price. Definitely would not recommend anyone using this company.
