Terrible airline, zero accountability and horrible customer service!
Avoid Batik Air at all costs if you want to save your time, money, and nerves. My flight OD178 (Denpasar to Kuala Lumpur) was rescheduled and delayed, causing massive stress and chaos. They offer zero care for passengers, provide automatic template rejections, and hide behind unfair terms and conditions to avoid taking responsibility. Even after escalating the matter to the aviation authority (CAAM), they still refuse to provide proper compensation for out-of-pocket expenses and ruined schedules. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful to customers, and utterly disappointing. Save yourself the headache and fly with anyone else!
