Migration from previous company to Moxie Suite
Migrating from PatientNow to Moxie felt overwhelming at first, but the entire team made the process much smoother than I expected. Amira led our migration, and from day one she took the time to truly listen to our concerns. Although the project was very task-oriented, she never made us feel rushed. She responded quickly, answered every question thoroughly, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. I'd also like to recognize Samell, who worked diligently behind the scenes to ensure everything on the backend was completed for a successful migration. Their teamwork and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. While there were a few minor hiccups along the way—which is to be expected with any EMR migration—the Moxie team handled everything professionally and efficiently.
