This is one of the worst user experiences I've had with an online education platform. The dashboard design is unbelievably poor. Courses that expired years ago are permanently displayed at the top under "Action Required," while my current courses are pushed further down the page. Every time I log in, I'm greeted with outdated, irrelevant courses instead of the ones I'm actually taking. What's even more frustrating is that there is no option to hide, archive, or remove expired courses from my dashboard. This is such a basic feature that virtually every modern learning platform offers, yet The CE Shop somehow still doesn't. To make matters worse, something this simple requires contacting customer support instead of allowing users to manage their own account. Customers shouldn't have to waste time asking support to clean up a dashboard that they should be able to organize themselves. The platform feels outdated, cluttered, and poorly designed. It seems like very little thought has gone into the actual user experience after the purchase is made. If you're going to charge premium prices for continuing education, at least invest in a modern dashboard and basic account management features. Until then, I cannot recommend The CE Shop.
