Haven't even received my order yet
Haven't even received my order yet, and it's not going well. It took them almost 2 weeks just to ship my order. Once it reached my country, the local courier company said the address was incorrect, which I know is false, as the address is actually correct. I received a notification from Ionix about a delivery exception, and they told me I had to contact the courier myself. As someone who worked in logistics for a long time, I would NEVER tell a customer to contact the courier themselves. Terrible service so far. I'm not confident that I will ever receive my order, and if it gets returned, I wonder if they will fight giving me a refund.
