UPDATED : Consumer Retaliation & Database Tampering: After I left a legitimate 1-star review under my account (F.S.T), this merchant reverse-tracked my data and maliciously skyrocket-increased my balance credit usage in their backend database to blackmail me. This unauthorized manipulation of paid user assets is an egregious violation of data safety.
Fraudulent Phishing Interference: Furthermore, after I filed a fraud dispute with my payment processor, this merchant went as far as creating a fake Zendesk domain (support@://zendesk.com) sent a phishing email to block my case.

A Paid VIP User Who Left Before Using Half the Credits
I became a paid VIP subscriber in January. I didn't expect to leave before using even half of my purchased Credits. I didn't leave because I ran out of Credits. I left because the platform gradually became difficult to justify for my workflow as a long-term music creator. The login reward changes were disappointing. Credit consumption became increasingly unreasonable. In my experience, generating two versions cost 40 Credits, and each version was only around 2 minutes long. Extending a song to 4 minutes required 180 Credits. When I decided to stop, I still had 142 Credits left in my account. The VIP badge stayed. The Credits remained. My trust didn't. In the end, I no longer believed this platform deserved them.
