ATK customer support is awesome !
I recently placed an international order for the ATK YOGO 75 Pro from India through the ATK Store, and I wanted to appreciate the customer support team for the experience. Anyone from India knows that importing products can be quite stressful because customs can be unpredictable. While I was prepared to pay the standard 18% IGST, there is always a real possibility of being charged significantly higher customs duties without much clarity. Because of that, I wanted to verify every detail of the shipment before placing my order, so I reached out to the support team with a rather long list of questions. Although the initial response took a little while, once the conversation started, the team was incredibly patient, responsive, and cooperative throughout all the back-and-forth. They answered my questions, clarified every concern, and even offered a shipping option where, for a small additional upfront fee, I wouldn’t have to worry about unexpected customs charges or additional fees, as their team would handle it. That level of transparency and willingness to help gave me the confidence to go ahead with the purchase. I haven’t received the keyboard yet, so I can’t comment on the product itself just yet. Once it arrives, I’ll be sure to leave a separate review about the YOGO 75 Pro and whether everything—from shipping to customs—worked out exactly as promised. But based on my experience so far, the customer service has been excellent, and I genuinely appreciate the support they provided throughout the ordering process.
