I filled out the questionnaire online. Nowhere states it would cost 99 to fill it out. I never spoke with a medical professional. The next thing they’re charging my credit card for a prescription and a consult fee. I never spoke with anyone or received any advice or information about the product. I messaged them saying this isn’t for me and I don’t want it. They have yet to refund me $149 and saying the $99 was a consult fee for filling out a questionnaire. Beware of this company. Also other random charges on my credit card after using there site.
