I have been using the HERS app for a couple months now. I find it to be very helpful, responsive, and supportive. I have been nauseous since Saturday (1st) when I stopped the Wegovy pill 4 mg; my nausea is slowly going away. My doctor prescribed the injection medication instead of the pill. I look forward to this, and expect my nausea to be over before the medication arrives. The lesson for me is to go slow and pause on the medication if side effects occur. Being so nauseated these past few days (the 1st - the 5th) has been awful, where I feel like I’m about to throw up if I lean over, even on an empty stomach. I pray this will ease up and I’ll be back to normal soon. Right now I’m focusing on hydrating and trying to ease my stomach. The doctors have been kind and understanding throughout this ordeal and I appreciate their advice and patience.
