Predatory, intentionally hard to cancel
This is a predatory company who obscures their monthly charges (for a "subscription" even if you never get medicine - they'll continue to charge you $149 a month). You do not have a chance to talk with a provider up front about your choices, they will prescribe you a syringe. You can then ask your provider to change it, but it's unclear why they don't allow you to ask for preferences up front and avoid the confusion. They also make it hard to cancel this "subscription" that literally provides nothing if you're not getting meds. I've been charged for $500 (because I just realize they've been charging my card for 3 months) and never received meds. Edit: As a follow-up, HERS told me that the medication (which I absolutely did not agree to) was already shipped and they cannot refund any of my charges. 8/6/25
