I've reached out to support many time over several weeks to resolve an order I didn't receive. Zero response other than a template email to tell me to check with neighbors & the post office (package wasn't even shipped via USPS). I'd recommend finding a company more interested in doing right by the customer when their 2nd rate shipping service doesn't do the job correctly.
