I bought a water fountain and a dry food feeder (with vacuum sealing) in October 2025. Less than a year later the vacuum seal function won't work on the dry food feeder and Petlibro customer service won't respond to me after multiple attempts. I tried all the troubleshooting tips. The water fountain also gets slimy fast and is hard to clean. Save your money and don't buy this brand for your cats.
