All Modern is Wayfair. My bad experience with wayfair carried over to its satellite company l. Ordered a Storkcraft Santos 6 Olive dresser in May, was told it would be shipping soon. Few days later, dresser is now backordered with a delivery date 8/5. The wife & I decided it was ok to wait cause we wouldn’t need the baby’s dresser until mid August. Reach out 8/1 to ensure the dresser would ship on time. Response: “I am a live support agent, and after checking your order details, I can confirm that your item has shipped. It is currently estimated to arrive between August 5th and August 6th.“ I logged in today to see the shipping details to see a new shipping date of October 16th. Crazy - call customer service to see what’s what. Response: I hear what you're saying. Since your item is currently backordered, we aren't able to guarantee a specific delivery date, and I understand how important this is for you and your family. One agent confirms that it ships while other back pedals corporate slop speak. Bad customer service, bad experience overall, not the 1st time. Shame on me for going back. I will never ever ever ever ever purchase something from All Modern/Wayfair or anyone associated with them
