Bellhop is a scam do not use!
Bellhop is a scam do not use this company. I ordered 4 movers and a 26' truck for my move. 3 movers showed up with a small Uhaul van. I was supposed to get a discount on my reservation because I took advantage of a 10% coupon sent to me. Their team said they'd refund it after the move - never did. I also was charged MORE for additional time for the move somehow even though I did not authorize it and the reason it took longer was because of THEIR mistake. I've been reaching out for 5 days with no response. I even had to try to contact their CEO and VP of Operations on LinkedIn for help.
