I placed an order for a 6 inch slim fit recessed down light. Bulbs.com doesn’t let you just order one you have to at least order two. I figured fine. Might as well have an extra. When I received the package same model number, but it didn’t fit. I called bulbs.com. They said OK will send you a the correct one. Connection still did not fit. I called the manufacturer and they explained that they changed this model’s connection in the last six years since I installed these lights. They do not make anymore. Bulb.com should’ve informed me of this. So not only will they not refund my shipping which is understandable but I have to pay to ship it back and also a 20% restocking fee. This place I will never use again not customer friendly. I’m better off just selling the new lightbulbs that I just got at a garage sale unbelievable.
