Bought 4 jacking car dollies at over $300 and on had a broken safety locking latch that can’t be used unless a replacement piece is sent. I contacted customer service and they said a replacement piece would be sent. It’s been many weeks and I haven’t received anything and I still haven’t been able to move my car.
