AWFUL customer service
AWFUL customer service. I wish I could rate this company 0 star. My product came with defective USB ports that receive no power. Contacted support right away and it took an average a whole week to receive ONE reply per email I sent. The person replied also lacked proper English writing skills and professionalism. They treated me like this is the first time I charged an electronic item in my life and somehow it's my problem the product was not working. The only time they responded within 24 hours is when I filed a charge back through my bank. This is the first and last time to order from this company. Avoid this company at all cost.
