Returns are a big hassle
There’s a wide range of styles on the website but very few are available in the full range of sizes through the “try on” programme. If you simply buy a dress and want to return it you have to print off a returns label etc- this doesn’t come with the dress and the cost of postage is redacted from your refund. If you want to try a few styles before making your choice the costs run high very quickly and there is significant hassle factor running around finding printers. Sizing is also very inconsistent and the fabric quality reflects the relatively low prices
