THIS LONG LONG TIME CUSTOMER IS VERY DISAPPONTED! BEWARE OF AI FOR CUSTOMER RELATED ISSUES!! this is ridiculous. Everything I order lately shipping is delayed and I either have to cancel it and hope that it gets canceled or it sits there in limbo sometimes for two weeks before I ever get the item. UNACCEPTABLE WHEN YOU PAY FOR WALMART +. I am questioning renewing my Walmart subscription because of this. If you call or chat you have to specify a human not AI! What a crock! I use this service because of illness. Walmart + was supposed to be for convenience well it's not convenient anymore most of the time to use the app. not to mention the items you go in and select in your cart 3/4 of them or more say low stock and I've stopped even ordering those because there's an issue always with getting those items. Why do they ship items from PA to CA when I live next to PA in NJ????Come on Walmart you can do better than this. GET IT TOGETHER.
