I finally did receive my long awaited…
I finally did receive my long awaited Sloan Corner Sectional on July 20, 2026. I am happy with the sofa itself, but am still awaiting the $574 refund promised in an email from Debbie in customer service on June 29, 2026 which was for $299.00 shipping fee refund and the $275.00 structural delay refund (Total: $574.00). Would love to get a response from Inteior Define as to when I might expect this refund. I'm happy to hear that I can expect someone to reach out regarding the refund. However, I'll believe it when I see it, given the lack of response in the past. I don't know why it's so hard to honor your refund offer.
