Don’t sell your items to Rebag
If only I can give no stars would have. This is a warning to all who plan to sell their bags through Rebag. On May 2026 I sold two bags to them. Their policy states that it will take 30 days to process the bags that I sold to them. End of June 2026 they told me that the payment for the 2 bags will be release on second week of July. That has already lapse their 30 day policy. I waited again until second week of July for them to release my payment. They put the money in the Rebag Wallet and with the advised that I can’t withdraw the money into my linked bank account until 15 days. So I have to wait again. 2 months has already lapse and I still can’t transfer my money into my bank account. I called customer service and emailed them. They just give me some crappy excuse, blaming it to technical issues, etc. I already reported them to BBB and hoping to get help. I am collecting evidence as I am going to file a small claims if this issue is not resolved. Do not make the same mistakes I made, DO NOT SELL YOUR ITEMS TO REBAG!
