Ordered a swimsuit
Ordered a swimsuit, it didnt fit so they told us we could keep it and they’d send a free one. They sent it TO AMERICA? I dont even live in america. Then they apologized and sent us a replacement if we’d pay 14 euros, we paid and it took weeks to get here, no tracking nothing and we even got the wrong swimsuit, it was a completely different one and their customer service is absolutely horrible
