I reached out to them directly about my concerns about the overall quality of the product. They responded to my email. My concern was the box didn’t seem very durable and over time would begin to crack and peel. The personalization/monogramming is basically stickers. It just doesn’t reflect the price. It looks cheap. Bottom line the marketing got me and next time I will read the fine print to make sure what I’m buying is something that will be worth it.
