Great Customer Service for Litter Box
My Oneisall litter box was not working at all due to a waste bin full error, but a customer service representative named Sue helped me out. After explaining the problem via emails, pictures, and videos we came to the same conclusion, that my current one was broken. After shipping out a new free replacement under their 2 year warranty it’s back in business. No cat waste scooping for me anymore! I had an excellent experience from the OneisAll team.
