After multiple attempts, I finally decided on a carrier and I asked the Rep would I be able to start on September 23rd and she said yes. I gave all my PII information and then you started giving me a quote for another provider. I was extremely upset and express to her if she knew what she provided me as a quote wasn't guareented, she should I have informed me.
