⭐ 1 Star I had a very disappointing experience with Yay Casino. I purchased multiple packages and, when I requested a withdrawal, they first asked me to verify my identity. I completed the verification promptly. Then they requested additional documents, which I also submitted right away. It has now been more than four days, and I still have not received my withdrawal or a clear explanation for the delay. Every time I comply with their requests, they ask for something else or keep me waiting. This has made the withdrawal process extremely frustrating and has caused me to lose confidence in the casino. I hope they process my withdrawal soon, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Yay Casino.
