Photochromic sunglasses/eye protection for pickleball
I ordered eye protection for pickleball, photochromic sunglasses. I never received them. They sent them in the USPS. They had a third party confirm delivery. However, they notified me of delivery 3 days after the delivery occurred. I never received the product. Even though it was 3-day late notification of delivery, I had checked the mail on the day it was allegedly delivered because I had another delivery that evening. Nothing from Conciset was there. They would not refund because their third party confirmed delivery. I'd sent them the late email notification that the delivery had taken place 3 days prior to notification. Their response: check bushes, check with neighbors, check with the post office. I would never order with them again. They may have sent it, but their delivery system provided no picture of delivery. I have no product and I'm out the money, time....
