After sending a email to your company about the cancelation of a product that was not working for my dog as of this morning 8/5/2026, I received a email back within a hour (which is the fastest response I've ever gotten),saying that my problem had been resolved by a cancelation and a refund. This was handled in the most professional manner by the associate JeAnne. I am very happy how this was handled so quickly.
