Can I put zero stars?
Can I put zero stars? That is what this so called company deserves. Extremely poor communication about expected delivery date, very very long delay in delivery, product not as described, requested to return and refund, and then even more poor communication about refund process, and lie after lie about refunding me a measly nine dollars and then not doing so. The product was a device to put in your sink drains to catch hair etc and prevent clogs in pipes. Product did not fit my sinks. Poor, poor, poor, poor, poor. That’s a 5 Poor rating. They should not be in business.
