Not worth the effort
Order FF21943AU The actual products themselves weren’t too bad, stitching came out almost straight away though. They were marketed for pets/claws etc. I complained and received a partial refund - not long after this I decided I wanted to return or something else happened (I honestly can’t remember as this process took weeks on end, original order placed back in April). Weeks went by between replies before I was offered another partial refund. I begrudgingly accepted as I was sick and tired of the poor communication and wait times, and asked them to confirm once processed. I received a reply to say the refund had been processed almost two weeks ago. No refund received and no pending transaction. Honestly the products aren’t that bad, they could be marketed a little better. What lets the company down is the extremely poor communication and long delays between emails. Don’t bother wasting your time placing an order.
