I reached out to customer service after not receiving my order although the order tracking said delivered. Customer service responded fairly quickly to my inquiry. Kelly in customer service was exceptionally helpful in working out a mutually agreeable solution. I have several pairs of glasses from Fytoo and have found their products to be high quality and their customer service has exceeded my expectations.
