False promises about shipping
Bought new Dr Doom costume almost 2 months before GamesCon, was told about being calm that it will arrive long time before it starts. After 1 month i was told that costume is not even being worked on and it will be done by the day Gamescon starts (not even mentioning 10 more shipping days). I am beyond pissed, because now its too late to find anything else. Dont trust this company. Edit after one week: - After reply you can see down here i have sent another email to adress they have here - no reply. - They replied on different mail address with saying that they cant and wont do anything with my problem. - At least they refunded me very quickly.
