I ordered a USB drive
I ordered a USB drive. I was overcharged at checkout so contacted customer service. They refused to refund the £5 that I was overcharged. When the item arrived it quickly became apparent that it didn’t work at all. I contacted customer service and they refused to accept that their product was faulty. In total I contacted them about 20 times trying to get a refund but they flatly refused. Avoid this company at all costs. Once they have your money they’ll keep it, even if the supplied item is faulty.
