A big shoutout to JeAnne, Julia, and Mat for their wonderful and incredibly fast customer service! I emailed them because the pod had somehow fallen out of the pendant I bought for my dog after only about 2½ weeks of use. I simply wanted to know if I could buy a replacement pod or if I needed to purchase a whole new pendant. Less than 12 hours later, they let me know a brand-new one was already on its way—at no charge! I truly appreciate the quick response and outstanding customer service. Thank you all so much!
