Product is Good but Customer is Terrible.
Product was good when it arrived. No complaints but customer service/ support is terrible to non existent. I've email these companies so many times about a bracelet that was too small. Have not gotten one reply. I know you can't return it for a bigger one I understand. Reading though the site they say you can order some more links. Ok great but theres no information on how. This item was a surprise Birthday Gift so it was too small. I've finally got a response after hours on a whats app but currently still awaiting how to order these additional links. This is a frustrating process.
