To the Customer Experience Team,
To the Customer Experience Team, I am writing to express my extreme frustration regarding the unacceptable level of service and gross inefficiency I experienced while checking in at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 2 (KL T2) for my flight to Seoul. Despite completing my mobile check-in and successfully printing my bag tag at the kiosk to save time, the process of simply dropping off my checked baggage turned into an exhausting and highly disruptive ordeal: Repeated Misdirection: Although official airport signage and staff indicated that my flight to Seoul was open for check-in, I was redirected to three separate counters just to drop off a single tagged bag. Refusal of Assistance: Staff at multiple counters were completely unwilling to verify my details or process my checked bag, passing the responsibility along rather than resolving the issue. Failure of Self-Service Systems: The entire purpose of digital check-in and self-service kiosks is to streamline the passenger journey. Instead, poor ground operations completely defeated the convenience of advance check-in. Excessive Delays: Counter service was painfully slow, causing unnecessary stress and wasting significant time prior to boarding. Navigating multiple counters for a basic transaction that should take under two minutes is unacceptable for an international transit hub. I request that you investigate the staffing and queue management protocols at KL T2 during this shift, address the lack of staff accountability, and ensure clear, accurate counter assignments for flights to Seoul moving forward. I look forward to hearing how your team intends to rectify these operational failures to prevent other passengers from experiencing the same delay and frustration. Sincerely, HooiChoo Cheah D7 504 Aug 06, 2026 +1(208)891-0254
